The PSC allows safe and ergonomic working conditions when the container locks on deck are released . The lasher is brought to the spot in a “personnel cage” or “gondola” and does not have to unlock the connections from above using long poles . The PSC can be used for different types of work on stacks of 20 ft to 45 ft containers.
